GestureBank

I'm now contributing my clickstream to the GestureBank. Attention Economy, here we come!

I am now a gesturer too. ;)

You sent me the info about this weeks ago, but I still have no idea what the Gesturebank is or what it does, even after reading the FAQs.

Got a "Gesturebank for Dummies" link I can read?

I've gotten most of my info from Steve Gillmor's podcasts, but even that wasn't a whole lot. The concept is to provide the GestureBank with the addresses of the links you click in your browser in real-time. It's supposedly implemented in a way that individual users' clicks are not tied to their identity. I believe this is being done in the hopes that the accumulated statistics can be used to provide demographics to marketers (or potential marketers) that will allow them to infer what sites/data the user community is seeking out or responding to.

You know, I received an email on reports or something or other. But I cannot seem to find them. The GB100 is empty for me.

Is there something you are seeing?
