Manolas Handmade Soaps

We're finally taking the covers off our new venture, Manolas Handmade Soaps. My wife, Melissa, has put a lot of time and effort into crafting a large variety of soaps, as well as body scrubs and sachets, and I'm very glad she's gotten it to the point where she's ready to sell her product publicly.

We officially started public sale yesterday, when we participated in the Great Road Festival in Camp Hill. The remnants of Hurricane Ivan didn't help with our setup; we learned quite a few things about the logistics of selling crafts outdoors, I can assure you. ;) But we did well for our first show.

I'm the technical side of the business, handling website design and chores, and helping with document design and printing issues. We're currently making and packaging all the products at home. I'm also helpful when it comes to moving boxes around and setting up the tent when we're setting up outdoors. Melissa makes the products, but it has truly been a team effort getting them ready for this.

Please feel free to spread the word to anyone you think might be interested in purchasing some quality handmade soaps. Products can be ordered through our website and are shipped via Priority Mail.

Thanks!

Comments

Christmas is coming and I will most certainly be doing some shopping at Manolas. I will probably soon start shopping for Christmas, will there be any specific Christmas gifts planned before I start making choices?
