MT3 Update

The site is now running on MT3b1; I'm kicking the tires. Let me know if anything isn't working for you. I'm getting few rebuild errors but I think I can localize them.

Update: I'm getting Error 500's all over the place. You may not be able to comment for a little bit.

Comments are getting added, but apparently the "Delete" button doesn't work (at least not for me). Submitted a bug report.
